• Our “train-the-trainer” program insures that product knowledge is disseminated throughout your organization. In addition to detailed product knowledge, this program gives your staff the foundation of skills needed to be effective trainers.
• We are available worldwide with flexible schedules to meet your needs. You can choose individual and/or group training at your site whenever you need it…whether it’s during pre-delivery, at the time of installation, or to later train new users.

Professional Services:

Because our professional staff has extensive airport experience focused on baggage management systems we can offer a wide array of consultative services to help organize an efficient, effective and integrated baggage management approach. Currently our customers range from large, multi-tenet terminals, to large single carrier hubs, to single carrier stations within a wider network. We’re available when needed to help you solve organizational, process, and technical issues pertaining to baggage management.
